Staying Connected when Emotions Run High

This initiative provides strategies to become a greater resource to someone who experiences distress which impacts on their relationships and behaviours. Workshops are available to families and carers, with separate training for professionals. All are delivered by Dr Annemaree Bickerton (Child, Adolescent and Family Psychiatrist) and Toni Garretty (Team/Clinical Coordinator) for the Family & Carer Mental Health Program within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
