Dr. Gurdeep Parmar

MBBS MD FRCPA FRACP (Haematology) Haematologist

Dr Parmar joined ISLHD in 2015 as a Staff Specialist in clinical and Laboratory Haematology.  He completed his specialist haematology training in 2013 in NSW and then did the Myeloma Research Fellowship at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, Canada.  

He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australia.

Dr Parmar is an advocate for clinical research and is the Principal Investigator for many of the ISLHD haematology clinical trials and has a particular interest in the area of High risk plasma cell disorders.
