Outpatient dietitian clinic for patients with nutritional concerns and conditions. 

What we do

The dietitian will complete a nutrition assessment and provide nutrition education for your condition and/or nutritional status.

What to expect

The dietitian will ask you some questions about your history, take some measurements, assess your diet and provide appropriate dietary education and counselling for your condition.

Who should access this service

You are eligible to access this service if you meet the referral criteria.

How to access this service (referrals or no referral necessary)

Contact the service. Referrals are not necessary but you must fit the criteria. 

What to bring

You may like to bring a record of what you eat in a normal day, though this is not essential. Your dietitian will ask this on the day.
