Mental Health Community workshops

It has been a tough year for some people and ISLHD Mental Health Service in partnership with Lifeline (SouthCoast) are offering  free, confidential  workshops to help support the  mental health and wellbeing  of individuals and the community. These workshops are open to anyone over the age of 18yrs.

Taking care of your mental health - 21 October

This workshop focuses on what is mental health, rocognising the importance of mental health and wellbeing, and the importance of taking care of your own mental health and wellbing. Through discussion and activities, participants will have an opportunity to explore and make sense of recent life stress or crisis and ways to look after themselves.
