The Get Healthy Service is a free telephone health coaching and information service for adults 16 years and over in NSW.
You will receive up to 10 telephone coaching sessions over a six-month period and can focus on different topics such ashealthy eating, maintaining or losing weight, increasing physical activity and motivational coaching.
