You are eligible to access this service if you have a gastroenterological condition and meet the referral criteria.
How to access this service (referrals or no referral necessary)
You must have a referral from an ISLHD Gastroenterologist, or have seen a dietitian while you were in hospital.
What to bring
You don’t need to bring anything to this appointment. You may like to bring any recent blood test results, a record of what you eat or a medication list, although these are not essential.
