What the service is
Social workers seek to enhance an individual's well-being, by active involvement in situations of personal distress and crisis. Our customers may be seen as inpatients, outpatients or seen in the community health centre settings.
What we do
Social Workers provide psycho-social assessments of patients, referral to services, counselling, work with families, group work and provide education.
