The Division of Rehabilitation, Aged and Extended Care has services based across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven - in all nine hospitals, and in the community. Our specialist teams collaborate with other specialists and primary health care providers to care for patients in hospital, in their homes, or in residential care facilities.
Our comprehensive multidisciplinary range of services for complex acute and subacute care all aim to optimise people’s quality of life by improving their ability to function and manage the symptoms of disease or injury.
