Ambulatory Care Outpatient Clinic

Overview

Ambulatory Care’ is a broad term that can be used to describe care that takes place as a day attendance at a health care facility, or at the patient's home or other setting (e.g. school or workplace). Ambulatory care covers a broad range of care delivery, from preventative and primary care through to specialist services and tertiary level care, and these services are collectively referred to as ‘non-inpatient’ care.

Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Care & Respiratory Medicine

Jennifer is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Ambulatory Care Centre, Hospital in the Home, Transit Lounge and Respiratory Medicine.

She has experience as a Midwife, a Community Nurse, Diabetes Educator, a NUM and Nurse Manager in Community Health, ACAT, Hospital in the Home, Ambulatory Care Centre and Respiratory Medicine.
