Group Programs

Drug and Alcohol offer a number of group programs in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. All groups are free and non-judgmental. Drug and Alcohol Groups can help you to;

• better understand your drug or alcohol use
• talk about the things you are finding difficult or that you have done well
• learn from the experiences of others
• make positive changes to your lifestyle

Be SMART: A group program for the parents, partners or family members of people with drug and/or alcohol problems. The program helps participants to develop more effective ways of coping and find a greater sense of fulfilment in their own lives. (online)
