Who we are
We are a team of Child and Family nurses who provide support, information and guidance for new parents.
We also offer opportunities to meet other parents in a supportive group to share stories and provide support.
What we do
We organise groups for new parents to meet and share parenting information and tips on topics like breastfeeding, infant and child nutrition, child health development, emotional health and wellbeing and special interest sessions, supporting new parents in a safe, supporting environment.
We offer both virtual and local face to face meet ups with other families, parents and carers and their children in many areas throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

All groups are free of charge.
