Stimulant Treatment Program (STP)
Overview
The Stimulant Treatment Program (STP) works with people who use stimulants who wish to reduce harms from their use and/or cease use.
The Stimulant Treatment Program supports people who use stimulants.
Stimulants include:
- Methamphetamine (you may know this as ice, crystal meth, speed or base)
- Cocaine
- Ecstasy
Services provided
It doesn’t matter how much or how often you use, we’re here to help. We can:
• Provide information on stimulants
• Work with you to cut down or stop your stimulant use
• Discuss with you treatment choices
• Link you with other services that may give you extra support
• Support partners, parents, family and friends
• Provide group support
Eligibility
This service is available to any person over sixteen years of age who wants to stop or significantly reduce their stimulant use.
