Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District's Carer Program team facilitates Carer Information Education programs across the District.
This free program provides information to help people providing support to a family member or friend because of chronic illness, disability, mental health issues or who is frail and/or aged.
This three-day workshop includes information on:

- Planning aheads
- Health and wellbeing
- Opportunity to meet other carers.
Note: Morning tea and lunch is included. Please advise of dietary requirements on registration.
