The Immunisation team at the Public Health Unit provides general advice and information on adult and childhood immunisation to healthcare providers. We implement initiatives targeting infants, adolescents, adults, Aboriginal people, health care workers, refugees, and older people by undertaking the duties listed below:

School Immunisation Program Records

If you have a patient who attends your practice and you require records of vaccination from the School Immunisation Program. Please contact the Public health Unit to obtain these on Ph: 4221 6700.

To order cold chain breach labels (CCB) you will need to email NSLHD-BHC@health.nsw.gov.au include the name, address and contact number of your practice and the quantity of CCB labels required.
