At Illawarra Shoalhaven Cancer and Haematology Network (ISCaHN) we believe everyone in our community deserves dignity, safety, respect, kindness and to comfortably be their true selves when visiting our services. We are firmly committed to strengthening and celebrating diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Our culture is our people’s attitudes and behaviours, reflecting our shared values, experiences and aspirations. Our culture influences our interactions and we believe our diversity of thought, backgrounds and experiences strengthens our relationships and delivers meaningful bene to our people, patients and community.
We believe we all have opportunity to succeed irrespective of ethnicity, generation, sexual orientation or disability.
