Wollongong Hospital’s newly refurbished Birthing Unit will start welcoming babies into the world from next week. The $2.2 million Birthing Unit redevelopment has seen the area transformed into a modern and more functional birthing space for local women and families.

NSW Health has already distributed a record 2.89 million federally supplied doses of flu vaccine across the state as of 9 June, which is almost one million more doses than distributed in the same period last year.
