Stepping On

Stepping On is a FREE and friendly program for people who are over 65 years to help reduce the risk of having a fall in the home or out and about. It helps you get the most out of everyday activities and stay independent.

Courses run for 7 weeks for 2 hours a week. Programs are run across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven during the year.
