Health Moves is a physical activity and healthy living program for people either with health conditions such as diabetes, heart problems, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression or osteoarthritis.
This is a 12-week introductory program for people who are new to exercise or who have not exercised for a long time. The focus is to get you comfortable with exercising safely and managing your health.
The program is run in partnership with Wollongong City Council, Shoalhaven City Council, Kiama Municipal Council, ISLHD Integrated Chronic Disease Management and the Illawarra Shoalhaven Diabetes Service.
The cost of the program is $99. Cost includes individual assessment and program as well as access to leisure centre facilities for the 12 weeks of the program. You must register prior to the program starting to attend
