Gentle Exercise Groups

Staying physically active is important to stay fit and independent. The more active a person remains as they age, the more chance they have of keeping strong muscles, mobile joints and maintaining or even improving balance. Group exercise provides a fun, social and low-cost way of exercising to stay healthy.

The Active and Healthy website provides a searchable database to find a class in a community venue near you.
