When trying to quit vaping, distractions can be a helpful tool to keep your mind off the cravings. Try some of these brain teasers and other fun stuff to help you distract yourself.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy helps manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, making it easier to break the habit and ultimately quit nicotine altogether. You may use patches as well as nicotine gum, lozenges or mouth spray, known as combination therapy, together with behavioural strategies can increase your odds of quitting.
